Return Policy

Items must be:

  • Unworn and in new condition
  • Shipped with the original packing slip
  • Postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date.

When purchasing with a discount code the refund or store credit will be given in the amount of the discount value paid on the original order.

Note: Face Mask are final sale and cannot be returned for a refund or store credit. Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Returning is easy! Simpy start your return below to get started. We have made a temporary change in our return policy. We are only accepting returns for a refund at this time. If you have any additional questions, feel free to reach out to info@thetiebar.com

Your printable return label will be emailed to you. Simply attach it to your return package and drop it in the mail. A $5.99 fee will be charged when using the label to return items for a refund.

International Returns

For details or to request an international return, email info@thetiebar.com with the following details:

  • Order ID
  • Item description and quantity

Store Returns

*With the temporary closure of our retail locations our return policy will be extended accordingly.

Items purchased in-store can be returned for a refund or store credit within 30 days of purchase.
Items purchased online can be returned to any of our physical locations.

Gift Returns

Received a gift thats not your style? No problem. Items purchased between 11/15/21 and 12/25/21 must be postmarked by 1/31/22 to be eligible for a return. All items must be unworn and in new condition. When returning an order where a promo item was received, please include the promo item within the return.
